Recycled Bracelet/ Scrunchie

This bracelet/scrunchie is hand made using odd shaped pieces of felt which creates an explosion of color. I choose colors that I hope will compliment each other and I hope that they will compliment the buyer’s wardrobe too. These shapes are cut from remnant pieces of felt and I have a wide selection of colors.
